08-08-08! Nash Convening

The March to the Call DC begins on 08-08-08 in Lowville, NY. God is moving to uncap the ancient well of forerunning prayer on this land where intercessor Daniel Nash had his church and is buried. Nash colabored with Charles Finney in the Second Great Awakening. [more on Daniel Nash]

Jolene and I will be joined by Roger and Hope Reeder, Dee Copley, Herb and Edie Hutchison, David Rosen, our hosts Bill and Rita Gamela, and worshipers across the northeast and nation for this historic time.

This event is not a conference, but a convening--a landmark, a moment in time and history where we get to experience God's presence and power together. There will be teaching, worship, prayer, prophetic declarations, and much imbibing in the Holy Spirit.

Over the past few months, God has moved in awesome power in Lowville, bringing to pass prophetic promises in breathtaking detail. Through this convening a covenantal legacy forged by one of God's greatest friends will be re-established in our time. Please make plans to join us!

Prophesy 'Recovery!' Report from Maine

Jolene and I are returning from a poignant and inspiring time of ministry with new friends Ralph and Amy Ackley in Machias, Maine. We just finished the "Coastal Cry" conference with the Ackleys and Josh and Jodie Young. What an intimate time of worshipping the Lord Josh led us all into. And Jodie gave a word on new beginnings that would be totally confirming for many Lamplighter friends.

One of the highlights of the time was a visit to West Quoddy Light, a lighthouse in the far northeastern-most part of our nation. Prophetic father Bob Jones shared a word with us in 2006 that "in the land where the maple syrup flows freely, and the people first see the light of dawn, is where it all begins!" What a joy to prophesy this word from this place where the light of dawn first hits our shores.

Within the past two months, the Lord has sent us to the far northwestern part of the continental US, to the far northeastern tip of the US, to Canada, and to many points in between to "prophesy recovery" for the body of Christ. We are looking forward to great breakthroughs in the times ahead. Thanks to all for your intercession and care for His word to "run swiftly and be glorified."

Summer of Recovery Prayer Project
7-11 thru 8-18

Recently the Lord spoke to us about a sweeping move of the Holy Spirit to bring recovery to the body of Christ. Just as Elisha threw a stick into the waters of the Jordan to recover a borrowed axe-head, so the Lord is now bringing to bear the full power of the cross to bring recovery to His own. The "Summer of Recovery Prayer Project" runs from 7-11 thru 8-18. We will be meeting regularly at MIHOP throughout this time. In addition, we will be sharing revelatory insights via email and postings on the MIHOP website.

Lampstand Conferences
God wants to bring restoration of hearts and destinies to His people. Early in 2007 the Lord spoke to us, "I am resetting the lampstand and relighting the flame." We are planning conferences throughout the nation that will explore this more.
